Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
Our policy covers all products for 30 days once delivered. After 30 days, item will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returned item must be unused/undamaged, in the same condition that you received it and with original packaging.

There is a 10% restocking fee for any return items.

 

Exchange:

We allow exchange only if the replacement product is of a higher value than the original item. IZO Diamonds cannot accept any items that were customized, engraved, re-sized or damaged.

Please make sure to send us an email at info@izodiamonds.com to get return & exchange instructions.

Please do not return anything to us without first obtaining our authorization, we will not be responsible.

 

Refunds:
Once the return item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
Late refunds can be caused by many factors. 
First, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for shipping cost of all the returned items. 

If you are shipping an item over $250, consider purchasing insurance to cover the item value (IZO Diamonds will not be responsible for lost item without insurance coverage). Make sure to use the carrier full service location to get all shipping receipts so it can be tracked.  If you use drop-off box or pickup service, we will not be responsible for any lost items.

For packaging, please place all items in original packaging (this includes original certificate*) and inside a large envelope with a seal. Place the envelope inside a medium box

**Missing of original IGI certificate will be charged a $50 fee**
